You have the option to be home or not. Because we work on a 9-5 schedule, most of our customers are not home during cleanings.

Why is the initial cleaning more expensive than my regularly scheduled services?

Maid Earthly is committed to providing a certain standard when providing cleaning services. In order to meet and maintain those standards, the initial cleaning typically takes more time and more products to properly begin the process of eliminating mildew, soap scum, fingerprints, food particles, dust and dirt from your home. This requires a slightly longer cleaning session, thus requiring a slightly higher fee than a general cleaning job.
Do you always send the same house cleaners?

At Maid Earthly, we understand it’s important to have the same cleaners who are familiar with your home and expectations. If a team member is absent, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our housekeepers undergo extensive training to ensure the quality of work is always consistent.
